Aroma Hops
The following is a table is a list of aroma hops commonly used in the final minutes of the wort boil to give flavour and aroma to your beer. They a usually the lower alpha type varieties with distinctive flavours and aroma. These aroma hops are also ones used for dry hopping .
The table also has suggestions of alternative hops to use and suggestions of the types of beers that the particular hops are used in.
They are available for sale in 100g or 500g pouches or packed in a hop bag (for finishing) at good home brew shops such as The Brew Shop and ESB Brewing Supplies
